Today marks International Friendship Day! Although several countries celebrate Friendship Day on various dates, July 30th is the day friends across the world come together to celebrate those special friendships.
The day itself was originally celebrated all the way back in 1919 when friends exchanged cards and gifts. There are so many different places you can establish friendships such as school, work and even on an online game like Habbo! Healthy friendships have good qualities such as being loyal, trustworthy, caring and honest.
So on that note, what's a better way to celebrate the day than talking about one of your friendships?
The task of this competition is to describe one friendship in particular however you are not limited to just one friend. You could write about the two best friends you met on Habbo or perhaps your earliest childhood friend who you still share an amazing bond with. It could be a group of friends you met in school, a close family friend. It does not matter whether it's a friend you made in real life or a friend you have connected with online!
If you're unsure where to start when writing about your chosen friendship, here are a few base questions that you could think about within your piece of writing. Your entry can be anywhere between 25 - 150 words.
Top 5 Winners - Win 20 credits, 200 tokens and a profile badge!
The top five winners will be decided by the Admin team. Everybody has an equal chance of winning as long as you have correctly followed the rules.

- For your entry to count, you must describe one of your friendships.
- Your entry must be your original work, copying someone else's work is not allowed.
- Your entry must be laid out as a piece of writing; a sentence or a paragraph.
- Your entry can be anywhere between 25 - 150 words.
- Your entry is not limited to one friend. If you have a group of friends, describe them!
- You must send in your entry via the poll box on the side of the article.
- Once you send in your entry, it can not be changed or deleted – Double check!
